Your booking includes a 4 or 7 night stay at a luxury 4 or 5 Star resort. It includes a standard room only, with optional upgrades available during the booking process.

No! There are no blackout dates on our bookings so you can book during holiday weekends, school holidays and peak periods.

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime, via email before the next months billing cycle.  Please email hello@traveldisrupters.com with your name, username and/or membership number and confirmation that you would like to cancel your subscription.  Access to the member benefits will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle and we will be sad to say goodbye.  We also invite you to reactivate your account anytime and you will only be charged the Joining Fee of $45 if you are inactive for more than 6 months.  Please contact membership support at hello@traveldisruters.com to receive a discount code when re-joining to waiver the $45.

AIRPORT LOUNGE ACCESS

Travel Disrupters First Class subscribers include Membership to the Worldwide Priority Pass programme. Travel Disrupters Members are entitled to receive up to 4 complimentary Admissions to any participating Airport Lounge.

Upon using your 4 complimentary Admissions, you will be required to pay for each subsequent admission.

An Admission constitutes one person’s admission into a participating Priority Pass lounge. Current admission costs are listed within the Member’s benefits portal and are subject to change without notice.

The Travel Disrupters Airport Lounge Access program is provided upon request and may take up to 6 weeks to process. Your Priority Pass Welcome Kit will be sent to you by mail/post and will include details of participating Lounges, your Priority Pass and other useful information. You will also be able to use a digital-only version of the Pass, details will be provided to you with your Membership Kit.

The Airport Lounge Access benefit is a Member Only Membership service provided to registered and active Members only. The Airport Lounge Access Membership is non-transferable and is tied directly to your existing Travel Disrupters membership and is available only for current Active Travel Disrupters Members whose account is in good standing. The Airport Lounge Access membership is provided exclusively to the registered member only, no exceptions. Upon cancellation or non-payment of your Travel Disrupters Membership, your Airport Lounge Access membership will be terminated within 24 hours.

At our resorts you can book for up to 12 months out, or until the expiry of your voucher. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase.

No! Your booking includes the price for a room sleeping 2 Adults and 2 Children (up to 11 years old) but you can travel without children, as a couple or even on your own.

Your booking is for 2 Adults and 2 Children, up to 11 years of age.

Children up to 11 years of age can stay for free. Children older than 11 years of age can be upgraded when you confirm your booking with the resort.
